Mrinternet.cc agrees to provide the undersigned client(s) with the following services:

(a) The client(s) assume(s) sole responsibility for the protection of its copy right in any writing, design, artwork or combination thereof, and will submit said material(s) within 14 days to be included in the client(s) website information.

(b) Every reasonable effort will be made to assure accuracy in client(s) website information maintained on the Internet by Mrinternet.cc. Client(s) will be provided an opportunity to view a proof of their information for their approval for publication on the Internet, if time permits. In event of error, however, Mrinternet.cc and the undersigned client(s) agree that Mrinternet.cc will only be liable for errors committed by it and will only be held liable to the extent of republishing correct information to the clients website under this agreement.

(c) Mrinternet.cc has the right to reject any and/or all items included in website information at anytime, with a full refund upon rejection of said advertising information minus any fees liabilities or damages brought against Mrinternet.cc its affiliates, partners and/or suppliers as a result of rejection.

(d) Any legal fees, cost or expenses incurred by Mrinternet.cc to effect performance under this agreement by the client(s) shall become the responsibility of, and paid for by the undersigned client(s).

(e) The undersigned client(s) hereby expressly warrants to be authorized, and/or appointed agent for, or demonstrate a legal right to authorize placement of web site information on behalf of the client(s) company named below, and will indemnify and hold Mrinternet.cc and its affiliates and partners harmless from any liability resulting from publication of website information on the Internet available world wide, and agree to the Managed Web Site Service Usage Terms & Conditions.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

I. Mrinternet.cc (hereinafter Mrinternet.cc) agrees to provide the undersigned client(s) with the following services.

(a) to place the undersigned client(s) website information on the Internet available world wide.

(b) to provide the undersigned client(s) an opportunity for approval of the website information prior to placement on the Internet available world wide.

(c) guaranteed availability of information available world wide, via the world wide web and WebTV within the scope of this agreement.

II. The said website information will be utilized for promotion of the client's web site products and/or services, and the undersigned client(s) agree to the following:

PRICING INFORMATION

Custom Web site purchase price is approximate and additional fees may apply.

Set-up fee is needed to complete managed web site service activation.

Minimum monthly service fee of $ 10.00 for 12 months due the 1st of each month.
